Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when booking our courses or purchasing products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully, as terms differ depending on whether you are booking an in person course, enrolling in an online course or purchasing products.

In-Person Courses

  • All bookings are non-refundable once payment is made, as places are limited.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request to reschedule to another available date (minimum notice period required of 14 days required), if a new date cannot be agreed upon as a group, collectively, a new date may not be offered.

  • If you do not attend your scheduled course without prior notice, your booking will be forfeited. However, a new date may be arranged at a fee of $120 per hour.

  • In the rare case that we need to cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered either:

    • A new course date, or

    • A full refund.

Online Courses

  • All sales of online courses are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the content.

  • Once access is granted, no cancellations or refunds will be provided.

  • Please ensure you have the necessary internet connection and device to access course materials before purchasing.

  • Limited-time access (where applicable) is guaranteed as stated at the time of purchase.

Products

  • Products may be returned if they are faulty, damaged or incorrect within 14 days of receipt.

  • To request a return, please contact us with your order details and evidence of the issue (photos if applicable).

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return (unless faulty).

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • No refunds or returns are available on cuticle oils.

Course Scope & Outcomes

This course is designed as a fundamentals training program, focused on teaching core techniques, foundational knowledge and essential skills required to safely and effectively perform E-File and Builder Gel services.

While all demonstrations, guidance and support are delivered to a high professional standard, mastery is not guaranteed upon completion. Skill development in the nail industry requires consistent practice, time and individual commitment beyond the course environment.

Student Responsibility

Students understand that:

  • Their results are directly influenced by their own effort, practice and application of the techniques taught
  • Active participation, attention and engagement during training is essential
  • Ongoing practice after the course is critical for improvement and confidence building
  • Asking questions and seeking clarification during training is encouraged and part of their responsibility as a learner

Learning Experience

Every effort is made to provide:

  • Clear demonstrations and step-by-step guidance
  • A supportive and professional learning environment
  • Access to industry-relevant knowledge and techniques

However, learning styles and skill progression vary. The course provides the foundation, not advanced mastery or business success outcomes.

Feedback & Concerns

If a student feels they “didn’t learn enough,” it is important to recognise:

  • The course content delivered aligns with its fundamentals scope and structure
  • Learning is a shared responsibility between educator and student
  • Concerns should be raised during the training where possible, so they can be addressed in real time

Constructive feedback is always welcomed, however it does not override the defined scope of the course.

Refunds & Guarantees

Due to the nature of education and the transfer of knowledge:

  • Results are not guaranteed, as they depend on individual effort and practice
  • Refunds will not be issued based on a student’s perception of their personal learning outcome or skill level post-training
