Courses
Do I need any experience to join the 8-Week Beginner Course?
No experience at all! This course is designed for absolute beginners and baby nail techs who want a solid, confidence-building foundation. Whether you're learning for yourself or planning a career, you're welcome here.
How often are the classes?
Once a week! The course runs over 8 weeks with 7 in-person practical days and online theory content to complete in your own time.
How often is the 8-Week Beginner Course offered?
We offer this course once or twice per calendar year. We intentionally keep our intakes limited so we can give every student the absolute maximum attention, support, and time needed to complete their training with confidence.
Is this a nationally accredited course?
All courses run by Flawless Nail Studio and Training are Industry Recognised. Our courses are designed to be incredibly industry-relevant, practical, and build you up to be career-ready. Many past students have successfully gone on to launch their own nail businesses very quickly after this course and stay very relevant to the industry through conversion courses too.
Will I work on real people?
Yes! You'll gain real-life experience working on models and real clients during practical sessions to help you feel confident from day one.
What happens after the 8-week course?
After around 6 months of practice and building your confidence, you’re welcome to join our 1-Day Conversion Courses to learn even more techniques and expand your service menu!
Conversion Courses
Do I need to be qualified to take a conversion course?
These are best suited for those who are already trained or currently studying and want to add new skills or refresh techniques. You don’t need to be certified, but basic experience is recommended.
Will E-File training be included in my conversion course?
🛑 No—unless you are specifically enrolled in the E-File Manicure course.
E-File knowledge is required for all other conversion courses and will not be covered unless you choose the dedicated E-File session. If you’re not yet confident using an e-file, we strongly recommend starting with this course first.
Can I take more than one conversion course?
Yes! Each course focuses on one technique, so you can mix, match, and book as many as you’d like—whenever you're ready
Do I get a certificate?
Yes! You'll receive a certificate of completion for each conversion course you attend.
Is a kit included?
Kits are not automatically included, but can be added for an additional cost—perfect if you're building up your kit or want to try new products.

All education and in-person training is held at our beautiful salon space in:

Cuticle Oils
What are the cuticle oils made from?
Our nourishing oils are handmade in Australia using Jojoba Oil, Soya Bean Oil, Vitamin E Oil, and Fragrance Oil (optional). They’re vegan, cruelty-free, and made with love.
Are they scented?
Yes! You can choose from 12 delicious scents, or go for scent-free if you prefer something simple and clean.
How do I use it?
Apply twice daily—morning and night. Massage into your cuticle area and natural nail tip to keep them hydrated, healthy, and happy.
Do you offer wholesale for salons or resellers?
Yes! Both our 7ml pens and 30ml bottles are available for wholesale. Tiered pricing is available for bulk orders, and you can add optional display stands or custom scent requests.

Refunds & Cancellations
Do you offer refunds on courses?
Due to the limited spots available and the preparation involved in running our courses, all course bookings are non-refundable within a 4 week window of course commencement date.
