Hi, I’m Tennille – a passionate Nail Technician, Educator, and the proud founder of Flawless Nail Studio and Training.

With over a decade of experience in the nail industry and a Certificate IV in Nail Technology, I’ve built my career from the ground up, starting as a mobile nail technician in 2013. What began as a side hustle quickly grew into a thriving business, allowing me to combine my passion for nails with raising my family.

Flawless Nail Studio was originally founded in Karratha, WA, and has since returned to its roots in Penrith, NSW. Over the years, my dedication to education and growth has led me to become an Educator for Planet Nails Australia, a role I’ve proudly held for more than five years – teaching and mentoring students across the country.

Nails are more than just my job – they are my passion, my purpose, and my future. I am committed to ongoing education, keeping up with the latest techniques, trends, and products, so I can deliver the highest level of training to my students. I offer Fundamental Courses, Workshops, Conversion Classes, and Bespoke 1:1 Education for nail technicians of all skill levels.

I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to learning. Every student is unique, and my goal is to empower each one with the skills, confidence, and support they need to thrive in this ever-evolving industry. No gatekeeping, just real, honest education – from one passionate nail tech to another.
